Meet Sean & Dannielle

Senior government experience. Real family connection. Practical Support Coordination.

NDIS plans should reflect who a participant truly is, and no family should have to navigate the system on their own.

We want to be the people we wish we’d had beside us, helping make sense of the process, showing us the way forward and carrying some of the load so we could spend more time simply being a family.

That’s what we’re here for.

If you’re navigating your own NDIS journey and need someone in your corner, we’d love to help.

Meet Sean

My connection to the NDIS is personal. For years, my wife Danni and I have worked together to support and advocate for her sister, navigating the challenges that come with trying to secure the right care for someone you love.

That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of how complex the NDIS can become for families. It also showed me the value of having someone beside you who can stay calm, understand the bigger picture and keep moving things forward when the process becomes difficult.

That is what drew me to support coordination.

Alongside my family experience with the NDIS/NDIA, I bring more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across law enforcement, advisory and government policy. My career has centred on navigating complex systems, assessing problems, working with different people and organisations, and finding a way forward when the answer isn’t immediately clear.

I bring that same approach to support coordination: practical, steady and focused on outcomes.

My role is to understand what matters to you, help make sense of your plan, connect the right supports around you and take some of the pressure out of navigating the system.

For me, good support coordination isn’t about taking over. It’s about making sure you feel informed, supported and confident about what comes next.

Meet Dannielle

My name is Dannielle, but most people know me as Danni.

My connection to the NDIS is both personal and professional.

My sister is an NDIS participant, and for several years I've been her primary advocate and family care coordinator.

I've sat in the planning meetings, written the review submissions, chased the follow-up emails, and had the hard conversations when the system said no. I've felt the frustration of watching someone I love deserve better support than what was on offer, and I've learned, often the hard way, what it actually takes to get a plan that reflects someone's real needs.

That journey is why I do this work.

I know how overwhelming the NDIS can feel: the paperwork, the jargon, the sense that you need a degree just to understand your own plan. I know what it's like to advocate for a family member who can't always advocate for themself, and to worry about what happens when the people holding everything together, parents, siblings, informal carers, can't keep doing it forever. I also know the relief of finally getting the right team around someone, and the real difference that makes to their life and yours.

I bring that lived experience together with a career spent in senior roles across government, law enforcement and community safety, navigating complex systems, building relationships with the right people, and pushing for better outcomes when the first answer is no.

As your support coordinator, I do for you and your family what I've spent years doing for mine: understand your goals, connect you with the right providers, prepare you for reviews and reassessments, and stand beside you when things get hard.

How we work

 We start by listening.

 We explain things clearly and avoid unnecessary jargon.

 We stay organised and follow through.

 We work with the providers and professionals you choose.

 We respect your right to make decisions about your own supports.

 We are transparent about our role.

Your Plan, Your Choice

Our role is to support you, not take over.

You stay in control of your plan, your supports and the decisions that affect you. We won’t make changes or take action without your input and agreement.

You can be as involved as you want to be. Whether you’d like us beside you every step of the way, or simply there when you need guidance, information or support, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you.

Our aim is to make things clearer and easier to manage, while helping you build confidence and stay in control of your supports over time.
